Weigh, Lose or Stay
Week Sixteen
TWO STONE! (At last). Sorry I had to lead with that, I was quite excited. As I mentioned last week, this week I really needed to re-focus after a couple of weeks of not being so great on the diet. It wasn’t easy and it really helped upping my water and taking it day by day. But, by doing so this week I lost 4lbs! Which I am really happy with and another 3cm off my measurements. Which also means I get to order myself some new hoop earrings as my two stone goal present – I will post a pic when I have chosen them.
I don’t talk much about BMI on this feature and this is because I think BMI is very subjective and not always a great measure of health, so I’m not always a fan of it, but as off this week I have knocked 4.4 points off of my BMI too.
In terms of excercise I only managed 1 work out session, the summer holidays are really keeping my busy. However, I am proud because when I realised I might not get any workouts in, I got up early on Sunday and did one before we went out. This weekend was tough too because we had two parties – one of which had Prosecco – but I was very good and managed to resist.

Linky Rules
I must stress this is open to anyone, you do not have to join in the Linky if you just want to share your weight loss or maintenance stats in the comments, this is totally fine. But if you want to link up that is also fab.
This is a feature that everyone can join in with (including my own clients!). Not every body is on a diet, but they do like to keep an eye on their weight for maintenance purposes. So this is a weekly weigh-in whether you want to lose weight or stay the same.
The more the merrier please join in. It doesn’t matter what diet you are following, dieting is hard whatever route you take this is just about supporting one another.

Thanks Chantelle, it really isn’t easy some days and I still have another two stone to go but I’m pleased with this week’s result 🙂
Hi I hope you don’t mind me linking my blog up this week with your linky page. I’m sorry I don’t know how to make the button appear on my blog but would happily do so with a little help.
Your post reminds me I need to drink more water. I’m also pleased that you are happier in yourself and look forward to seeing the earrings.
You are more than welcome to link up Helena 🙂
All you need to do is copy the text underneath the grab badge image and copy it into the text part of your blog editor – please feel free to email me if you’re struggling.
Thank you for your lovely comment x
Congrats on the 2 stone, I think having an incentive to work towards helps to. I have been trying to increase my water intake but I always forget to drink, never seem to forget to eat though LOL
Ha ha it’s always the way, I think drinking a lot of water is quite hard, but it does make a difference.
4lb is fantastic, well done and a huge well done on the 2 stone! Just goes to show what you can achieve when you put your mind to it.

Thanks Leanne I’m really pleased 🙂
That’s fantastic news well done on reaching your goal
Thanks Alice x
Nice going Laura. It’s always so inspirational to read these kinds of success stories. I’m sure you’ll achieve your 3 stone goal.
Thank you what a lovely comment and I hope so 🙂
Well done that is a fantastic weight loss and you really earned it this weekend, being at two family parties. Drinking more water obviously makes a big difference.
I stayed the same this week, which wasn’t too bad as I wasn’t careful at the weekend. Frustrating though, as I only need to lose one and a half pounds to have lost two and a half stones. More water this week, I think.
More water this week – you can do it and hit your next goal 🙂 and thank you Hilary x
