Be Positive Every Day in May Challenge
At the end of April I set the challenge to be positive for everyday in May. Which as it turned out I had surgery it wasn’t always an easy task. Teaming up with Rachel from The Melton House and we set a challenge for other bloggers to join us. The person who wrote the best and most positive blog post would win a journal to help them keep up with the positivity. If you want join us, there’ still time, all you need to do is link up to this month’s Me, Myself and I and Rachel and I will choose our favourite.
I have decided to share my gratitude diary from May in the hope that it might inspire someone else. As you can see it doesn’t have to be a big thing every day, just something you are grateful for. The very first day of the month I was hit by a pretty scary incident actually – I broke down on the M25 – but I could still find positivity in it, the whole day could have been a lot worse. This is where gratitude can really change your perspective and make you think about the blessings in your life rather than the negativity.

Wow this is brilliant, what a great list, so inspiring! I especially love the 8 bags of clothes you got rid of, and I bet someone else will be grateful for them too if xx
This is so lovely! I completely love having a gratitude habit, it really helps to give me a better perspective on life especially on tough days. (Although I’m a tiny bit envious that you have a cleaner!)
