Matalan and Alder Hey Children’s Charity #getyourstripes Campaign

I love Christmas, but I also think that Christmas is a time for giving. Not only to our loved ones, but to people less fortunate than ourselves too. It’s about sharing the Christmas love and cheer around. Which is why I have really enjoyed working with Matalan and Alder Hey Children’s Charity #getyourstripes campaign to support their fund raising for a great cause.

Get Your Stripes

Matalan is helping to raise funds for Alder Hey Children’s Charity with their #getyourstripes campaign. They are selling a really fun range of stripe pjs and accessories on their site for which 100% of the profits will be going to Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. Which is pretty fab is it not? The funds will help fund research into life altering conditions such as arthritis, cancer and diabetes.

They are selling striped pjs for all ages – as modelled above by Alesha Dixon above. As well as slipper socks, mugs and a little outfit for your pet too. Alder Hey Children’s Charity

Who is Alder Hey Children’s Charity? Alder Hey Children’s Charity is a charity that supports Alder Hey Children’s hospital but also research into life altering conditions. I think this quote from their website sums things up pretty well:

“Your support will help us develop better, safer medicines and treatment to benefit young patients at Alder Hey and children across the world. “

They are about helping children, be it with medicines, cutting edge technology to treat children more effectively or fresh food on demand for children in Alder Hey hospital to help them recover better. A really awesome cause in my opinion. In the spirit of the season, why not give their Facebook page a follow too?
