Meet Finn, isn’t he gorgeous? Finn is celebrating his first Christmas in his new home after being in Battersea Dogs home. Having re-homed a cat and a dog before, I love reading stories of animals finding their new forever homes, particularly at Christmas.
When Finn arrived at Battersea Dogs and Cats home he is was badly underweight and suffering from vomiting and diarrhoea. He was unfortunately passing live worms. Yes, I have bought my chihuahua, Honey, a new jumper, a pack of her favourite treats and a new furry toy! She will also get some turkey on Christmas day and she also has an Advent calendar with dogy treats in which we open daily!

Yes, I make dog biscuits for my 2 granddogs and the dog who lives across the road from me. They all love them. They are made with healthy ingredients including oats and wheat germ as well as gravy and cheese and wholemeal flour. I have some bone shaped moulds to cut them out and they are super!

Well I wasn’t going to ,we’ve only had our chihuahua about 10 months and he practically lives on my hubby lol .It was hubbys idea that we couldn’t leave him out so yes we did get him a few things ,I don’t know who was more excited between the dog and my hubby lol.

I didn’t get my dogs anything for Christmas. They fight over everything, including toys and treats, so it would have been a nightmare. One dog doesn’t mind being dressed up, and the other dog hates it, so we couldn’t really get them any kind of clothes. They got plenty of love and cuddles though!!
